Summer Low German Theatre
Carole Brunette and a cast of hilarious actors/performers presented an evening full of Low German laughs and entertainment during the Winkler Harvest Festival. Silliness and "schposs" abounded in this variety night of theatre and musical acts.

Moses, Prince and Hero of Egypt. A man who despite his conquests and failures, is thrust upon a journey where he not only discovers his identity, but also his life's calling. From a leader of the greatest nation of it's time, to a shepherd in the wilderness, Moses must come to terms with his God, his life, and his people. Would he heed the call to save his people from slavery?
This powerful story was brought to life from the written page to the outdoor stage by Candlewick Players July 29, 30, and 31. The production team included not only actors but local musicians, dancers, illusionists, and artists who performed before a crowd of over 1200 over the three nights.
